When Reporting Issues
Please include the following to help us assist you faster:
- Device model (e.g. iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S24)
- Operating system version (e.g. iOS 18.2, Android 15)
- App version (shown in Settings within the app)
- Description of the issue (what happened, when it happened, steps to reproduce if possible)

- Gameplay questions — How to play, tips, level help
- Technical problems — Crashes, freezes, display issues
- In-app purchases — Purchase not received, restore purchases
- Account / progress — Lost progress, leaderboard issues
- Ads — Ad-related issues (or purchase "Remove Ads" to disable them)
