Privacy Policy — Frenzy Stack

1. Information We Collect

We collect a small amount of information to run the game, power the leaderboard, and improve the experience.

• Player Name / Nickname — Optional name you choose for the global leaderboard. Visible to other players.
• Anonymous Player ID — A random identifier generated on your device and not linked to your real identity.
• Game Progress — Levels, scores, coins, energy, and owned items so we can keep your progress.
• Device & Session Info — Device model, OS version, language, session counts and durations, and app version for analytics and stability.
• Analytics Events — Anonymous events such as levels started, completed, game overs, and purchases, collected via Firebase Analytics.

2. Advertising Identifiers

If you have not purchased "Remove Ads", we may use your device's advertising identifier so that Google AdMob can show ads.

On iOS 14+ we ask for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before using the advertising identifier. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, a consent form may be shown before ads are displayed.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To display the global leaderboard and your nickname.
• To sync game progress across reinstalls and devices.
• To serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads (if ads are not removed).
• To analyze gameplay so we can balance and improve the game.
• To diagnose crashes and technical issues.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Frenzy Stack relies on a few trusted third-party services. Please refer to their privacy policies for full details:

• Google AdMob — Ads and rewarded videos. Google Privacy Policy

• Supabase — Leaderboard, optional cloud progress, and device analytics stored in EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Supabase Privacy Policy
• Apple / Google Play Billing — In-app purchases (we never see your card details).

5. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described:

• Leaderboard entries and cloud saves — until you request deletion.
• Firebase Analytics events — typically retained for 60 days.
• Local data on your device — removed when you uninstall the app.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your region, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection to certain processing.

7. Data Security & Transfers

We use industry-standard measures like HTTPS/TLS encryption, anonymous identifiers, and row-level security in our database. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data as much as reasonably possible.

Your data may be processed in countries such as Germany and the United States where our providers operate. By using the app, you consent to these transfers.
